Shrimp Spring Rolls |

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Medium size shrimp cook (any meat or tofu)
- 1 green head lettuces chop
- 6 oz somen noodle cook (follow direction)
- 12 pieces cilantro
- 3 green onions cut 3 inches (optional)
- 12-24 leaves Thai-basil
- Rice paper wrap
- Broil hot water in bowl
- Hoisin Sauce
- Sriracha
- Crush peanuts (optional)
Directions:

1. Have hot to warm water in a bowl ready. Put the edge of rice paper in hot water and make sure it is completely wet. Place rice on a plate right away and the rice paper will get soft and sticky.

2. On the rice paper place lettuces, noodle, 2 to 3 shrimps, cilantro, 1 piece green onion, 2 basil leaves on top of one another closer to you.
3.Fold the rice paper closer to you away from you. Fold the left in and then the right in to keep the food from falling off. Then tuck it and roll it away from you.
4.Hoisin sauce; If you use 1tablespoon of hoisin sauce add 1 tablespoon of hot water stir real good then put in peanuts to eat. Want spicy add sriracha to hoisin sauce. Add some spices into your life :)
